Founded in 2003 as Midwest Benefits Group, TBC Benefits Group builds on founder, Barry Cohen’s decades of expertise in group health insurance from field underwriting health plans, benefits sales, and sales management on the carrier side to 21+ years helping clients get the best possible plans at the lowest possible cost on the brokerage side.
With his own successful career track record and history, Barry's son Trevor joined TBC Benefits Group to collaborate, create, and continue redefining the entire employee benefits client/broker experience.
