We learn what is most important to you in attracting and retaining your most valuable asset, your employees. - **Extensive Plan Review** We analyze your current benefits plan, comparing performance against expectations, reviewing utilization, and identifying gaps or opportunities. - **Surveys** Among many tools, we've developed a library of survey questions (that we customize with you) that gives us incredible insight and will inform our direction and plan design. We look at things like: Cost vs. Risk preferences, employee knowledge of benefits, receptiveness to wellness programs, unmet needs, and more. - **Contribution Strategy** We'll learn how you choose what employees pay for their health benefits and how the strategy fits with your goals. It can make a big difference in the performance of your plan. - **Health Risk Assessment** Together, we'll assess the "health" culture within your organization, focusing on short- and long-term commitments to employee health and health risk reduction (which leads to better performance of employees and lower costs to your plan). We'll share insights as to what wellness components are available within your current (or new) plan, already, as well as what external components may be of benefit. You'll be involved every step of the way. - **Finding Your Next Benefits Plan** We'll shop your plan as all brokers can, if necessary, through all of our carrier/partners, to find and secure the best possible plan that fits your strategy and plan design. However, if we can accomplish your goals without the disruption of changing insurance carriers, all the better. We don't attempt to demonstrate our value by simply "shopping" your plan around every year. - **Implementing The Plan** We specialize in clearly communicating benefit or insurance carrier changes to your employees, both in writing and in person. We love working with you to create a communication strategy that simplifies the process and ensures a smooth transition. We don't just show up at renewal time. - **Wellness Program Facilitation ** A well-structured wellness program. will help foster a healthier, happier workforce (and ultimately less expensive insurance). If needed, we'll work to define, implement, and facilitate a wellness program and help you build your Wellness Committee.
